Capital One Credit card department,
I was being charged twice for many transactions since -/-/-. Unfortunately I only noticed in -/-/- so I filed a dispute. Capital One only gave me back the amounts for the transactions within the last - days and told me they will no diapute charges further than - days. The charges are from different companies, not just -.
