U.S. Bancorp Credit card department,
Signed up for US BANK - rewards card during - -, using their - promo site at -. At the sign up bonus given was - plus extra for each - - won. Total bonus should be just around - - - sign up bonus and around - Olympic bonus ). I called US bank in - ( only call made that month - to confirm everything is good with all promo and a female service rep was able to confirm. Now 4 months later US bank is claiming I dont qualify for - extra since they do n't track correct enrollment. I consider this complete fraud and false advertisement on US BANK part. Also after googling my issue, it seems quite a few customers had same issue with US bank not honoring its own promo.
