JPMorgan Chase & Co. Complaint

JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,

I have been told I have a Chase credit card. However I have never applied nor received one. I have been called and told it is hands of collection company and is showing on my credit as bad. How can I remove it? I have tried talking to chase and the collection company with no respect.
