I wrote to - and - of - Chase regarding a dispute that was denied. I received a call from - and she advised me that the call was being recorded. I asked - to hold while I set up my recording apparatus and she told me that I was not allowed to record the conversation, which I then terminated. I wrote to - to complain about this and - wrote back that essentially that is JPMorgan Chase 's policy. So, they can record me but I can not record them. That is the nub of my complaint.
