Moreover, on - -, - - employee - - mailed me a letter where he refused to respond due to " pending litigation '' where Wells Fargo bank is a plaintiff, case -. Clearly, Wells Fargo bank HAD NO RIGHT to sell my property if they know that here is a pending litigation ; and as a defendant I have right to request material evidence from Wells Fargo bank such as full set of documents which gave them right to foreclose. Notable, on - -, - - - lied to me that he will not respond due to " pending litigation '' in case - where I was the plaintiff.
