Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting my free annual report Louisiana

Frequently, when I try to get my free annual report from AnnualCreditReport.com, I get a message saying that there was a problem and they can not process my request. The message always points me to the mail form, sure, but that 's not why I go to the website. Specifically, I have records indicating that Experian has not been able to give me an online credit report each - in -, -, -, and again this year ( - ). But it has happened with all - credit reporting agencies. It is unacceptable that I have to jump through this hoop year after year. It 's almost as though they 're hoping I 'll stop asking for it if they make it hard.
