The Costco and - - arrangement ended in - 2016. Costco and - - agreed to automatically enroll customers into the Citi-Bank Visa program without customer consent. I terminated my - - card 3 months prior to the transition between - - and Citi-bank, yet, I received a Citibank Visa Card. I cancelled the card shortly after realizing I had been fraudently signed up for the Citibank card. It 's now - 2016. I find out through the Costco Warehouse account that the card I cancelled was n't cancelled and that Costco fraudulently charged my renewal membership to the card without my authorization. I again have tried to cancel the Citibank card to find out I need the entire card number to cancel it. I never received any mailed statements or literature from Citibank on the card. I again requested a written statement from Citibank that the card was cancelled. I was told I could only cancel the Citibank card once I have the full statement and account number available to cancel the card. This is fraud on both Costco and Citibank.
