Hello, So I applied for an - card around - of this year. My account with Chase was put on hold for review. I got a call and answered some security questions, they told me that I was going to get another call in the next 24 hours. Never got the call. Called several times after to get my account cleared, stayed on hold for over an hour many times. On three different occasions I was told by Chase representatives that I successfully completed the identity verification but they could not unlock my account, so I was supposed to get another call in the next 24 hours. They put all my accounts on hold, but that is not all. I also have a British Airways Visa card from Chase, I had put a few bill payments on it a couple months before this happened and I paid it in full. About two months ago I received an email from my bill payment service that I had disputed a few transactions, which I never did and I told them that. Long story short, my payment provider lost the claim and we lost over $3000.00. I called Chase several times but they do not want to speak, hold times for the fraud department are really long, when you do get a hold of someone they can not help. I do not care if I kept the accounts with Chase, but they crossed the line. They disputed a transaction on my behalf without my consent, right now I have to pay my payment provider over $3100.00 for something that Chase stole from me. Please help me.
