Non-federal student loan Can't repay my loan Can't decrease my monthly payments Missouri

I risk being in default of my private student loan with Navient and they will not adjust the payment to relieve me of undue hardship. My current interest only private student loan repayment loan has expired and I can not pay the new monthly amount that Navient requests. I have no more discretionary income to pay them. I have reported to Navient that I will default if they do not adjust the payment terms. Navient 's solution was to adjust the interest rate which still leaves me with a monthly payment that exceeds my monthly descretionary income amount. On -/-/16 account manager at Navient, -, reported to me that she did n't care if I default because it is my loan. On a previous call with -, she told me the account manager would help me refinance the loan with another provider, but - refused to assist me with that option and said it had nothing to do with their company. Hopefully, the CFPB can help me adjust the terms of the loan with a reduced rate that does not cause undue economic hardship.
