Netspend put my tax refund on a card. When I used it at - store to buy a - ticket, Netspend blocked the card from me using it claiming possible Fraud, What resulted was months and months and months and money spent at - - trying to jump through every hoop to prove I was owner of the card and that no fraud had occurred by emailing, calling, faxing THAT RESULTED IN THEM KEEPING ALL MY MONEY .... IN THE END, THEY SAID THEY RETURNED IT TO THE IRS ... but the IRS says they have no such return. The amount was approx. $1800.00 ... but since we lost our apartment, my car, our marriage, our children 's respect, and my job due to the time, energy, effort, and resulting medical diagnosis of -, I really can not put a dollar amount on the devastation this company has caused me. I want this company to be held responsible for knowingly practicing acts of dishonesty, setting up help call lines answered by individuals who lie saying they are located in Texas and are not, and do not ever intend on helping the customer. I have documentation of every call, up to - minutes each time, and want to be reimbursed my tax refund and an additional amount to compensate me for the physical, psychological, and financial damage this company has caused me. Thank you.
