Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting my free annual report Washington

Every year I get trouble to order my free credit report from Experian After I input my name, date of birth, social security number and address I 'm getting this message : We 're sorry A condition exists that prevents Experian from being able to accept your request at this time. To obtain your Experian annual credit report, please mail your request to the address below using the - Request form. -, GA - And this is a common issue I see with people online on forum. I tried and asked other friends to try and they get similar error. I wish all credit bureaus would make this process more smoother.
