I am writing this to dispute a collection with CAC - x - with - bank - for $1900.00. mid -/-/2016 I received a notice for the - time with a name of - as the rep. on - I wrote to them disputing this debt. I have in interim received many calls and I have made return calls to this rep w/ no response. Today, -/-/2016 I learn they put this on my credit on -/-/2016 BEFORE I WAS NOTIFIED! This is against credit laws and I am writing to all agencies.They violated my rights in debt collection and credit reporting. Please investigate to remove.
