JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
Went to a after hour and purchase a fish dinner for $12.00, the waitress never came back with my credit card and I had to get another waitress to hunt her down to get my credit card back because I became worried. She came back to my table with other receipts that were not mine and said she was sorry would return with the right receipt, later she gave me my right receipt which was in the amount of $12.00, I ask her did she cancel out the wrong amounts, and she said yes, I asked her for my copy and she said she did not have one for me to sign but would write her name on my receipt and the amounts and, if I had any problems. The next day I was charge $35.00 and - for purchases I did not make. File a dispute with Chase bank and Chase customers service representatives refuse to give me credit for the $39.00 and insist on crediting me the $4.00 only because credit was given for $35.00, but their were - unauthorized charges I only sign for the $12.00 which I did purchase. In total charges were $74.00 charge to my credit card, Chase still owe me $35.00 minus the $4.00 given already as a credit. I want my refund immediately credit to my account. I do have the receipt the waitress gave me with her name on it.
