The last paperwork that I received from Bank of America said that I was - month behind on my mortgage. I agree. This was in -/-/- They sold my mortgage to - and then all of a sudden I was - months behind. I am not sure what happened. I do n't save paperwork because I new where I was with the situation. I am not sure how how these companies work completely. I asked for paperwork stating my payments and how they were applied. What they sent me I do n't understand at all. Now I tried to make a payment and they would not accept it. Please help Sincerely - - -, IL - -
