I have been enrolled by Macy 's American Express card into " Credit Protection '' program without my consent. I called them to un-enroll. I still received an letter stating that I am enrolled in the program. I called them again to clarify - upon which agent mentioned that I was enrolled during the application itself and I was indeed unenrolled in - 2016. The first enrollment did not happen with my consent and the second letter I received on - - does not reflect current state of my enrollment.
