U.S. Bancorp Credit card department,
My credit card number was compromised and unauthorized charges appeared on my statement. I informed Elan Financial Services and a new credit card was issued. All fraudulent charges except for - have been removed. I contacted Elan Financial Services several times, and customer service has not yet removed the last remaining fraudulent charge of $140.00 made on - -, 2016 for " -. '' I am requesting CFPB assistance as unfortunately it has been nearly one month with no removal of this unauthorized charge on my Fidelity credit card issued by Elan Financial Services.
