I am submitting this new case regarding incorrect information on my credit file. I had submitted a case regarding this issue almost 2 years ago ( -/-/- ) under case -. There were additional cases opened ( -, -, and - ) all regarding this matter that transpired from -/-/- through -/-/-. This debt was never validated by the company. They also failed to send me proof that this was valid. I requested numerous times that this issue be resolved and the collection agency continued with harassing phone calls in an attempt to collect this $140.00 debt. I was under the impression that this issue was resolved in -, however it appears that in - of -, - added this collection account back to my credit report. This needs to be removed and not allowed to be added back to my account. Please assist in resolving this issue. I am attaching the original letter sent to - and a copy of the collection account on my credit report.
