Credit reporting company's investigation Problem with statement of dispute Louisiana

This was disputed/updated. The update forward to me from Experian was dated -/-/2016 : and reads in Comments : ( Never late paid as Agreed ) - from the bank investigation : - Bank that replied to my dispute made. However the updated Experian report today ( -/-/2016 ) still shows ( 2 ) periods of 30 days late reporting with the Comments : never late paid as agreed. Additionally it still shows a balance that was not addressed also. The Balance of $110.00 was a refund ( given ) transaction processed by - of $99.00. At this time the bank have place it back on my credit report plus interest. See the e-mail from - uploaded as documentation of the process from -/-/2016. - Bank gave the credit for the $99.00, as well forward me the overage ( check ) payment of $19.00 when it settled. From dispute of late pays I made they now claim that they never received the Refund Transaction from - placing this back on my Experian Report
