A massive problem ; I had a dispute with a copy in -. They said, if I would end the dispute they would refund me. The issue is I do not know if I can trust them. I told this to the capital one agent who called. She said she would three way me on the phone at - today. I see she already reversed the dispute without my permission and I am very upset. I do not like liars and I have gotten a lot of them from Capital one.
