I applied for a Home Depot Credit Card because it said that they offer no interest for 6 months on purchases over $290.00. I bought carpet for over $3000.00 and they are charging me interest even though I have made my payments. They say that I can not get the " no interest '' promotion because the store gave me a - % discount at the time of purchase. Their full page - ad and small print at the bottom says - about the fact that you ca n't have any additional discounts and the store did not advise me of this. Their practices are misleading and deceptive.
