Delinquent account District of Columbia

The case number is -. I have notified Amex about this and how it has affected my finances. Since -, I was able to make electronic repayments in - ; however, American Express removed this option for the blue preferred credit card. I still paid off my platinum card. Furthermore, having been an American Express card member since 2012, I had a stellar payment history until this summer. There was no rhyme or reason why American Express would cancel me then harass me three times a day ( from - even on - to - ). Its phone number that it harassed me from is ( - ) -.
