Bank of America Mortgage department,

FHA mortgage Loan modification,collection,foreclosure California

I am having a very difficult time with Bank of America. I am trying to avoid a foreclosure. The problem that I 'm having is I can not communicate with anyone from BofA to get any status or information on my modification review. When I call in and type in my loan number it goes to voicemail # -. It 's does not seemed to be an assigned voicemail. When I leave a voicemail nobody calls back. I 've called several different departments and they say only the assigned rep can give me an update. I do n't know if there is an actual assigned rep. I 'm very concerned. It seems my file is lost in the dysfunctional BofA system.
