I opened a US Bank checking account with a promotional offer. The first promotional offer was to receive a $150.00 bonus after completing " - or more U.S. Bank Bill Pay transactions of at least $25.00 each within 60 days of account opening. '' I did completed - transactions and received the $150.00 bonus within a few days after completing the bill pay transactions. The other offer was to receive a $50.00 statement credit on a new credit card if you " make - separate Net Purchases ( purchases minus credits and returns ) totaling at least $25.00 each with your new consumer credit card no later than 60 days after your account is opened. '' I opened my credit card and completed the - transactions over $25.00 that posted on -/-/2016. Per the terms of the promotional offer, the $50.00 statement credit was suppose to be applied with - weeks after making the qualifying transactions. Consequently, I should have received the statement credit by -/-/2016. I did not receive it on my -/-/- statement and contacted US Bank . I was assured by - at US Bank that I had qualified for the statement credit and the $50.00 statement credit would be on my -/-/- statement. My -/-/2016 statement arrived and I did not receive the credit. I contacted - and the general US Bank credit card customer service and they indicated that they are looking into it and could not provide a timeline when I actually receive the $50.00 statement credit.
