Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement New Jersey
Received an unsolicited credit card, Chase Visa Amazon Rewards.I have been told that the Fraud Security Dept. will not contact me even though I have requested an investigation. Also I want a copy of the credit application as submitted so I may see if clues exist as to the identity of the criminal.Otherwise I feel this is a bad move by Chase, much like - -, to increase business.I have spent hours attempting to research and control the damage, since Chase Fraud Dept. will not involve itself according to the employee I spoke with. I currently am a Chase customer, so my thoughts are that it was a Chase promotion.
