I have a Chase - credit card and I attempted to redeem my points for holiday air travel. The Chase - -, ( where one redeems points ), failed to purchase the flights as requested. By the time we ( my husband and myself ) discovered their failure, bookings were more expensive and there were fewer available flights. We called Chase - - at least three times and spent approximately three hours to resolve this issue. Despite the supervisors ' repeated assurance that they would call us back with information they also failed to do that. When I called Chase to register a complaint I was told there was no option other than to speak with their - - ( the same supervisors ) again. I plan to cancel my credit cards after more than 20 years with Chase Visa, but am writing to you in the hope that others do not experience similar treatment by the Chase - -. I would also like to receive the full value of my travel points as promised by Chase supervisors.
