I filed for a dispute and I did it - - on - - they took the money back without my knowledge when I called they told me that they would put the money back into my account because they took it out without my knowledge even though it was visual credit and my account is still in negative I 've had - people in fraud department told me that I can get my money back and that my account will be in a positive balance again because they took money out of my account without my knowledge then when I called back because it is still negative they act like they do n't know what I 'm talking about and my account is still negative I feel that I 'm getting treated unfairly when I speak to a supervisor of the fraud department he had attitude I do not know his name like he did n't want to be bothered I have been at many banks I have never had a problem with filing for dispute this was the worst.
