Incorrect information on credit report Public record Delaware

Our state put a tax lien on our credit report, however the tax issued resolved and they a issued us a Judgment satisfied letter, which we sent to all - credit bureau - - and - both accepted. However when I contacted Equifax I was told my judgment satisfied letter we sent, was not for my tax lien, I try to explain this to the representative and her supervisor and i asked to speak with their manager which never got on the phone, they would not accept the letter I mailed to them. I tried explaining and asking them to look at the totals on my credit report and the letter sent from the Division of Revenue, i was told they had and they are not the same judgments???????.
