Hello! My name is - - and U have a credit cash rewards card with US bank and I earned - $ rewards card on -/-/- and I never got it! Placed a multiple calls in -/-/-, then in -/-/- - hours on hold ... get transfers to differend departments and it seemed like nobody new what was going on. Finally got a call from supervisor 2 weeks ago and as per supervisor I would receive my replacement card within 7-14 days. Today is 15th day and I am in the Bank ( 1.5 hours!!! ) to find out if my replacement card was sent and same story - no one know what is going on!!! The card was n't sent to me, and nobody has an answer why. I am in the bank and they gave me a phone, I am on hold again ( - person ) and I have to explain to each one over over hat happened, It 's so crazy! I am tired and I want to cry!!! I lost any trust to this bank and want to ivastigate what is going on in this bank, because all this way to fishy ... Thank you!
