In - 2016, CitiBank advertised a promotion that if you put $50000.00 in a Gold savings account that in three months, you would receive a bonus of $500.00. It is now - 2016, and no credit has been made to my savings account. I have submitted numerous inquiries to the bank and they have been denied. I also contacted their executive response unit three times and received no response. I feel that these are deceptive business practices and other individuals across the nation have complained about this practice.
