US Bank at - , branches are - run by - teller actions to discretionally deny service to customer and close their account. On -, I commented on a Sr. Teller/ about her unwilling to answer a quick question which she may not know, yet got offended, she shut out the window to my face and told me " You do n't talk to me like that. ". Then she further boycott me with her cohorts in another close branch to deny my service. Three months later, I went to pay my credit card with cash and was denied service which caused credit card fee from $27.00 to $290.00. Then the complaint was addressed to regional manager who " joined '' as cohort to close my checking account to - customer. They acted more than " queen and king of the hill '' in manipulative, abusive conduct which I was more than shocked. I would advised ANYONE NOT TO DEAL with this crooked US BANK for your own protection. Do NOT empower this bank to damage our community and our life.
