On -/-/2016 I contacted Chase Credit Card Online services by phone regarding my Chase Visa - credit card. Every month I get an email from Chase that ONLY says " You have a bill due in 20 days. '' I asked Chase if I can get an email that states the balance due and the due date like the one provided by my - and - -. Chase says that for security reasons they ca n't send me my balance and due date in an email. I pointed out again that - and - does it. I just want to easily learn what I owe and when I owe it without having to log on to my account from the safety of my home computer. By making this information more difficult to obtain, Chase makes it more likely that I will miss a payment.
