I signed up for a new checking account with US Bank on - - via an emailed promotional code ( pic attached ). The promotion promised a $150.00 bonus for completing - bill payments within 60 days of account opening. I completed the required bill payments on - - ( pic attached ). It 's been well over the stated 60 days since meeting the requirements for US Bank to honor the promotion. I have contacted US Bank via their - #, as well as visited their local branch multiple times to inquire about this and get resolution to no avail. It was confirmed to me by a local banker that I successfully met all requirements, however was told there was nothing he could do and that an internal department only had control of crediting customer 's accounts. Nothing has come of that. I 've been passed around and given excuses for weeks. I have documentation of the promo code email used to open the account, the qualifying bill payments, as well as a screenshot of the original public offer from US Bank 's website.
