IN RESPONSE TO E-PERIAN 'S PARTIAL RESPONSE TO MY COMPLAINT # - - THEIR RESPONSE IS TOTALLY INADEQUATE AND MOVES ME ONE STEP FURTHER TO FILING A LAW SUIT AGAINST THEM AND TO GOING TO THE MEDIA ABOUT THEM AND THE INSTITUTIONALIZATION AND COLLUSION OF THE CREDIT REPORTING INDUSTRY. THIS IS THEIR LAST WARNING. THEY CLAIM THE ADDRESS I SUBMITTED IS NOT ASSOCIATED WITH MY E-PERIAN CREDIT RECORDS. THAT IS A TOTAL AND INTENTIONAL LIE- I JUST PULLED MY FREE ANNUAL CREDIT REPORT AND IT IS E-ACTLY (! ) THE SAME ADDRESS AS IS ON THEIR REPORT. THEY WILL BE SUED WITHIN 30 DAYS IF MY ORIGINAL COMPLAINT # - IS NOT RESOLVED TO MY SATISFACTION.
