Citibank Credit card department,
Citibank Home Depot Credit services enrolled me in paperless billing without my knowledge which caused me to not receive a paper statement in the mail informing me that I had a balance due. After 90 days, they called me to inform me of this and I promptly made a payment and closed my account. My concern is what negative impact this has caused on my credit score and rating. I have a personal attorney and he will be looking into this for me and filing the necessary legal action to return my credit score and rating to it 's previous state.
