Citibank Credit card department,
ISSUE : NewCredit card issued by Citicorp for Costco. Must call Citicorp - number to pay bill and does not disclose my amount to pay each month. Unable to use my current checking account with - directly to pay. Used to be able to use - directly with Costco - credit card. Appears like restriction on banking.
