I had a had care visa card with bank of america. There was an expense for $940.00 on -/-/- for a dental charge. I mailed in a copy of the receipt to Bank of America. On -/-/-, I received a letter from Bank of America claiming that they never received my letter which was due on -/-/- and that they are now going to report the amount on a - - form. I indicated that I was not aware that they had not received it and would provide another copy and they indicated that since the deadline had passed there is nothing they can do.
