I had Macy 's account before. I always paid all the dues/charges I purchased at Macy 's but it always showed $2.00 balance in the next month 's statement. I called and complaint this many times to them and finally I closed Macy 's account and never bought anything from Macy 's. But Macy 's showed these $2.00 balance on my credit report and reverse effect my rating. It 's not right. I hope this authority can help me correct it. Thank you.
