Chase has reported to credit reporting agencies that the business credit account with them was " charged off '' while the card were paid as agreed and Chase refuses to recognize that they were not able to accept payments remitted because it was illegal to so do after the credit bureaus INCORRECTLY reported a bankruptcy filing.
