went into Citibank - - -, - fl - phone -,, to open an account for - dollars to earn - additional dollars within a 4 month period. saw personal banker - - and she set up account, stated I was there for promo, she also introduced me to manager. before I left her to give - dollars to teller, again stated I would receive promo of the - dollars within 4 months of deposit ( - - 2016 ), called a month ago Citibank they told me beginning - -, would be in account, called 8 days ago they said I was n't able to get - dollars, because I did n't open account properly ( both banker and manager are lying if they say otherwise. THEY SAY I DIDNT COMPLY WITH CODE -, if I did n't its the bankers fault not mine,
