Wells Fargo & Company Credit card department,
I have a Wells Fargo Visa Credit Card that says " Rewards '' in the upper left corner. Rewards were not posting to my account, so I sent an inquiry thru contact email when signed into my account. They gave me a phone number to call. I was transferred multiple times to different departments. Tried again 2 other times. Was told to go to the branch today and work thru a banker. I did, and the banker could not get a resolve. She herself was transferred 7 times, and told multiple stories but could n't get it resolved. They are saying there are is no reward program associated with the account, even though the card clearly says " rewards '' on it. We were told I could apply for a card with rewards, but that my past purchases would not be credited with rewards, and that likely the interest rate would go up. I made multiple purchases, thousands of dollars using this card expecting to generate rewards. I feel this is clearly consumer deception, and ca n't seem to get any resolution from the bank. I have to believe that if I am having this issue, other consumers are as well. Please help.
