JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
Almost a year ago I received a solicitation from Chase Bank to get their - - - credit card. The reason I got the card was a feature where the cash rebate of generally 1 % was increased by 25 % if used to purchase travel. I accumulated about $1800.00 in travel benefit. I checked on-line a few times and was able to use their on-line system to find hotels and flights, but did n't actually use it because the cost of particular hotels was higher than available through -. Nine days ago I decided I should use the travel purchase feature. However, each time I tried to get on-line over a nine day period, I was unable to get to the travel purchase portion of the site. Each time I got a message saying the feature was temporarily unavailable to me. I talked to - different individuals at Chase, and they were unable to help me access the travel reservation portion of their site. I would like for them to call me and allow me to make hotel reservations as promised.
