Experian Credit Reporting Complaint

Credit monitoring or identity protection problem with fraud alerts

Experian Credit reporting department,

Credit monitoring or identity protection Problem with fraud alerts Colorado

Experian keeps putting Security alerts or Fraud Alerts on my account WHEN I HAVE NOT REQUESTED THEM TO DO SO. They are doing this because I keep asking for verification of items on my credit report and they are not abiding by the law. They want to tell me to check with the original creditor and that is not how I understand it works. If this credit bureau is going to report information that is negative and directly impacts my credit score it is up to them to investigate and furnish me with proper documentation that they are reporting the correct information. I will submit a complaint daily if I have to in order to get this company to do as they are required to by law. They are refusing to provide me proper physical documentation stating that what they are reporting is complete, accurate and verifiable. Instead they keep stalling, asking me to go to the original creditor and when i do they refuse to provide documentation. So if section 609 of the FCRA is supposed to keep the bureaus honest it is failing. Experian is refusing to obey the law. I am demanding that they remove all Fraud

word of a creditor does not meet FCRA guidelines. I am demanding that they remove the alerts and provide me physical proof of what I have written them about or remove the negative items immediately and stop playing games. I am sick of getting their stall tactic letters in the mail. If you oversee their reporting then someone needs to fine these guys each time they violate the law. They do not have sufficient proof to put fraud alerts on my Credit nor sufficient proof to keep listing Negative information against me SO REMOVE THE ITEMS AND FRAUD ALERT IMMEDIATELY AND STOP PLAYING GAMES WITH MY CREDIT FILE. THERE IS NO LAW THAT EVEN SAYS YOU HAVE A RIGHT TO COLLECT AND REPORT ANY INFORMATION AGAINST ME. YOU ARE FRAUDS AND THIS NEEDS TO STOP IMMEDIATELY.
