Capital One Credit card department,
Credit line increase/decrease Pennsylvania
I have - credit cards with Capital One. I have always been given a credit line increase every six months for the past 4 years or so. This month I should have been given a credit line increase on - of my cards. They denied me of any increase. They were extremely vague about the reason, they only said that you have to make a higher payment. No one in their office can justify this at all. And they said that I can not talk to anyone in that department that authorizes credit line increases. They have no idea how much of a payment that I should make. They have never done this before to me, ever. I want a credit line increase now. They should not be allowed to treat customers so unfairly, and have no contact for us to speak to.
