I called Citibank and paid for $ I owned them but they still blocking me from apply for a new credit card. I am working for credit card company, have a perfect credit history, also been bankfile with them for years ( over 30 years now ). Since Costco start offering CitiVisa, for my convinience, I applied once and was declined at Costco. I can go and apply for $ - but not able to get a CitiVisa. This is crazy and shameful.
