I signed up for the Citi - consumer credit card in -, 2016. As I was out of state, I did n't receive the card for a couple months. This was because they could n't send the physical card to an address that was n't the initial address when the card was set-up. According to a rep I just spoke with at Citi, he confirmed I did n't get the card until -/-/2016. I was extended an offer to spend $1000.00 and get - - - miles. Since -/-/2016 I have spent well over $1000.00 and have n't received those promised miles. I was told today that the offer end date was -/-/2016. That seems fundamentally unfair because I was told I would have 3 months and they admit I did n't get my card until -/-/2016. I have no ill will towards Citi but I would like for them to follow through on their promise and put the - - miles into my account immediately. Thank you for your help. - -
