I have disputed twice with Equifax the status of a tax lien that was placed on my credit report. The tax lien was vacated and withdrawn, and removed from my - report. I am requesting that they do the same. I faxed over documentation from the courthouse. When calling the about the dispute, the last - representatives stated they did n't know what I was talking about and that the item had been removed. Then they further proceed to try to get me to upgrade my monitoring service. I explained to them that I do not pay $16.00 for my services, I pay a more reduced rate. They insist that Im being charged more and proceed to transfer me to another department where they see my account is exactly as I stated with the reduced fee. I have been going back and forth with this company for the last week or so with no results and the same answer " i do not know what you are talking about ma'am '' Frustration has truly set in, all I want is for the lien to be removed from my report because its reported inaccurately and has been vacated by the court.
