Credit reporting company's investigation Problem with statement of dispute Texas

On - I called Experian to request a persistent Dispute remark to be removed from my credit report. Ive called numerous times and keep getting the run around. Ive requested to speak to a manager and have been denied the right to speak to one. They have basically told me to go pound dirt. Ive had to call - and - to have the persistent dispute notations removed and they were kind enough to remove the persistent dispute notations the same day. Im trying to get a mortgage and currently going through under writing. The under writer cant write a loan with persistent dispute notations. I feel Experian is holding my credit report hostage to a Persistent dispute notation, that I have requested be removed. IM reaching out for help because I keep getting the run a round from Experian. All Im asking is for the persistent dispute remark be removed. I have an expected closing date - which leave me 11 days to close and Experian refuses to remove the persistent dispute notation. Pl help if not I will lose my escrow money. Please please.
