JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
This is - again. I just checked Chase Banks response to my complaint about my mail theft issue and the - late payments that resulted from that dilemma and they are claiming that i was advised of the minimum payment over the phone, hence I am responsible. Yet I WAS NOT ADVISED of that and due to my statements going missing I had no knowledge of them minimum payments and therefore this is NOT my fault and Chase is refusing to follow the law and accept the Police report which I obtained. They are the only company that was affected that is giving me this hard time and falsely reporting to the three credit bureaus that I was dilinquent and this has tarnished my credit. I am a victim and they are being very difficult with me and they keep giving me the run around and refuse to do what is right. I advised them over and over again that the clerk at the bank simply took my payments a few times without advising me of ANY minimum. I do not bank online, so i had no access to that info. Which is why I paid the minimum as I was afraid ALL of my information was being compromised. Chase did not even care that my mail was stolen, they did n't even offer me condolences or a new card because my statements had my card numbers on it. They could care less! They have no respect of trust in their customers!
