I tried getting a personal loan with my credit union. When they pulled my credit report it showed that my home is - foreclosure through Bank of America. It is not, all my payments are current. I called Bank of America the representative told me it was a mistake on their part and they would send notice to the credit bureaus. A few days later I received a notice from Bank of America saying their information was accurate. Again it is not. My payments are current. IF you could assist it would be greatly appreciated.
