1. In - of -, without notice I stopped receiving online bills in which I relied on to make my payments. 2. In -, - I realized this and on - - I called to pay off the balance and cancel my credit card. I asked to have - of the late fees removed in which the representative agreed to remove $40.00 and told me that my final balance would be $51.00. I agreed to make a phone payment in which I was given confirmation # -. I was told that my card would be canceled per my request and that my account would be closed. 3. Then in - I received a call from Macy 's credit department telling me that I owed more money and on so I looked up my account and found that on the - statement, my final payment of $51.00 was credited to my account as a payment but they


4. On - - I called Macy 's back to resolve this and spoke with a representative who did not speak - fluently and I had a very hard time understanding her. She also did not understand what I was trying to tell her. Because of this I asked several times to speak with a supervisor and after being put on hold 3 times with no result I asked to have a supervisor contact me and ended the call. No one ever called me back. 5. I then went on line and sent an email to customer service and was given the same contact number I called on - in which I was still waiting for a call back. ( see email response ) 6. I then contacted the legal team -, out of - and on -/-/- a letter was sent out to Macys disputing the late fees they kept charging each month and asking for someone to contact us. ( see attached. ) 7. After no response and late fees continuing to be charged on late fees, I asked - to send another letter which they did on -/-/-, ( see attached. ) 8. And after again no response, I checked my credit report and found that Macys reported me late with a balance of -. This amount is all late fees and interest that occurred during the time period that I was trying to contact them. They did not respond to either my calls or my letters.
